I’ve been able to work with Whitney across a variety of recruitment campaigns since starting at Anika. Every interaction has been marked by fantastic stakeholder management and crystal clear communication, which has left a lasting impression - you can always trust that Whitney is across a situation and knows what the next steps required are. Her strong communication skills are coupled with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management, making her a phenomenal project manager and an excellent addition to any team.

Work at Anika

Whitney has been volunteering at Anika since February 2020. In that time Whitney has played an integral role in building our People & Culture function, reflected in her promotion to a People & Culture Manager at the start of 2021.

During her tenure Whitney has been responsible for developing and iterating our recruitment processes, in particular our high-volume Paralegal recruitment, as well as a stalwart advocate for Anika’s culture - running internal comms and organising events that champion the fantastic work we see across Anika.
