Volunteer with Anika

The hands-on work we do at Anika provides invaluable industry experience, while providing the opportunity to escape from the structure of traditional companies.

With a strong mentorship culture across the organisation and through external partnerships, Anika is a place for people enthusiastic to learn and establish meaningful relationships.

Why join us?

Meaningful work

This is the reason we do what we do.
Our work makes a difference and helps those who need it most.

If you are excited by the prospect of building something from the ground up through hands-on, high impact work – we want to hear from you!

Work with a diverse, motivated and innovative team

The unique and vibrant culture we have built over the years is a big part of why Anika works.

After winning both the 2019 & 2020 Client Choice Awards for Professional Start-up of the Year, we have grown from a humble, misty-eyed group of six in 2018 to a passionate team of 70 volunteers (and counting).

You will be working with a close-knit group of young, driven people striving to make a difference in the world. Staying true to our strong, innovative vision, we pride ourselves on breaking the mould and doing things differently in the legal industry.

Personal & professional development

As a rapidly growing organisation, we are constantly looking for people to excel in areas they are passionate about and are always open to encouraging your growth and responsibility.

Flexibility

Most of our volunteers have plenty going on outside of Anika and we can work around your commitments. Volunteer when, how and wherever you can (besides our social get-togethers and team building meetups, we are mostly remote!)

If this is something you are passionate about, apply for one of our positions today.
